Cyprus Post Parcel Marked Delivered But Not Received

Delivered on screen, but nothing at your door

A delivered status does not always mean the parcel is in your hands. It may be with a neighbour, at a post office, in a Parcel24 locker, or scanned early by mistake. Check these places first, then act fast.

Step 1: Check around your home

Check with neighbours, family members and your building caretaker. Parcels are often left with a neighbour when no one is home. Also check safe places around your door, your mailbox and any parcel box at your building.

Step 2: Check for a locker or post office notice

Check your messages and email for a Parcel24 locker code or a post office collection notice. A parcel marked delivered may actually be ready for collection, not delivered to your door. You have 72 hours to collect from a Parcel24 locker.

Step 3: Wait 24 to 48 hours

Sometimes the delivered scan appears before the parcel reaches the final point. Wait 24 to 48 hours and check again. If the parcel still has not arrived, move to the next step.

Step 4: Contact Cyprus Post

Visit your local post office with your tracking number and ID, or call the call centre toll free 8000 2000, from abroad +357 22310100. Cyprus Post can check the delivery scan details and tell you where the parcel was left.

Step 5: Contact the sender

If Cyprus Post cannot find the parcel, contact the seller. The seller can open a claim with the postal service. Keep your order details and tracking number ready. For official service details, use the official Cyprus Post website at https://www.cypruspost.post/.
